Start with one confirmed fact

Open FactSync → Facts. Give the fact a name, choose its type and enter its correct value. Add exact outdated versions, one per line. For a price, enter service or product wording that must appear in the same uninterrupted text passage. Text passages are separated by markup, line breaks and common sentence boundaries.

Scan and review

Open Issues and select Scan content. The scan reads 50 saved records per request. Supported saved content includes public post types, editable drafts and private content, patterns, block templates, template parts and navigation. The report shows page links and registered outdated values.

Discovered email addresses and common North American phone formats are unconfirmed evidence. Different contacts can be legitimate; add them to your facts only after identifying their purpose.

Preview before applying

Select Preview fix, check the page and excerpt, then apply the correction. Only that text occurrence changes. The plugin checks that both the fact library and page still match the scanned evidence. Changed evidence and overlapping fact matches block the correction.

Rescan after applying a correction before changing another occurrence on the same page. Links, shortcode settings and hidden metadata are not edited.

Undo a correction

History stores a local content snapshot for each correction. Undo restores it only if the content has not changed since that correction. If someone edited the page afterward, FactSync protects the later edit and asks you to review it in WordPress.

Reuse a Business fact block

In the WordPress block editor, insert Business fact and select a confirmed fact. The block displays the current value. For shortcode-compatible content, copy the fact’s shortcode from Facts. After changing a fact, purge page caches as needed.

Coverage and limits

Builder metadata (including Elementor), custom fields, widgets, theme files, HTML attributes, link destinations, shortcode arguments and third-party generated content are not scanned. Inline markup can split a passage. Exact-value matching does not normalize arbitrary spellings or infer broad contradictions.

Scans skip records larger than 1 MB. Reports retain up to 2,000 issues and 200 distinct contact discoveries. Undo storage is capped at 4 MB; new corrections stop when storage is full. This preview does not yet provide a history export or removal control.

Data and plugin removal

Facts, scans and undo snapshots remain in your WordPress database. The plugin has no AI service, external account or telemetry. Deactivation and uninstall preserve saved data. Business fact blocks retain an insertion-time fallback if the plugin is removed; that fallback may be outdated. Shortcodes require the plugin active.

Current availability

Tested locally in Laragon. Broader WordPress/PHP compatibility, translation, commercial licensing and update delivery remain release work. Public pricing and availability have not been announced.
