Actual WordPress development build. Fictional training data.
Working in the first preview
Start with the tools your team uses. Administrators choose which modules appear and which shared channels are available.
Command personnel publish operational briefs, set priorities and move incidents through active, monitoring and closed states.
Bring instructions into one internal feed so authorized personnel can review what command has published.
Shared General, Operations and Logistics channels keep conversations accessible to authorized personnel. Administrators select which channels to use.
Team members report available, responding or unavailable. A timestamp shows when each status was reported.
Built for the field
A responsive interface adapts from desktop to mobile browsers. Personnel can check current operations, read updates and participate in team channels from their phone.
Connection status and the last successful refresh time stay visible. The current preview polls for updates; it does not provide push alerts, offline delivery or guaranteed message receipt.
CommandLink supports your existing radio workflow. An internet connection is required to receive new information.

Access and control
Personnel access must be assigned explicitly. Responders can read, communicate and update their own availability. Command personnel can also publish incidents and instructions.
The first build stores data in your site's database. Server checks enforce enabled modules and permissions. Private response headers, validated text, escaped rendering and write audit records are implemented.
Security review, MFA/SSO integration, protected attachments, granular channel audiences and production hardening remain release work. No compliance certification is claimed.
The product direction
Incident assignments, crews and units, resource readiness, incident-linked channels and acknowledgements.
Duty scheduling, training and certification reminders, equipment readiness and a protected SOP/document library.
Opt-in notifications, delivery health, configurable provider adapters, maps and scoped dispatch/import integrations.
Connect through your organization's installation URL or a pairing QR, then authenticate through its own access system. Companion applications have not been released.

Development status
Version 0.1.0 is a local development preview with fictional training data. It is not ready for emergency operational use. Production licensing, native applications, load validation, independent security assessment and field pilots remain ahead.
The preview does not include patient-record workflows, CAD integration, guaranteed alerts or end-to-end encrypted messaging. Planned capabilities are described as planned throughout this page.
