Download and launch
Sill is a portable Windows 10/11 x64 application. Download from sillbrowser.com, extract the entire ZIP, keep the files together and run Sill.exe. A separate Node.js installation is not required.

Stay current
Sill checks for updates, but security updates are not installed automatically. Review the official product site for the latest build and follow its release guidance. Close the application before changing its files.
Understand the beta
The current public beta is unsigned. Extensions are not supported in this beta. Check the release notes before assuming an unavailable feature is a fault.
Glide controls
Sill Glide allows browser controls to appear from the top, left or right. If a control seems hard to reach, describe the selected edge, your screen resolution and the sequence that led to the problem.
Autofill and local data
Passwords and profiles are kept in a local encrypted vault. For an autofill problem, explain the field type and whether the page uses HTTPS. Do not send your vault, stored passwords or private profile details.
