Commercial desktop font license.

What the license covers

The purchaser may install the purchased font on up to two computers used by the same named user. The user may create commercial and personal artwork, logos, branding, advertising, packaging, printed publications, client work and merchandise. There is no limit on the number of finished designs, clients or physical items produced.

Finished raster images and outlined vector artwork may be published on websites and social media. PDFs may embed a subset of the font for viewing or printing if recipients cannot extract it for general use. A client receiving artwork does not receive the font software or a right to install it.

Uses that need a separate agreement

This desktop license does not cover webfont hosting or embedding, application or e-book embedding, server installations, shared team access, editable templates containing the font, or font redistribution. Contact licensing@hameltonsoftware.com before using the font in these ways.

Font files and ownership

You may keep private backup copies. Do not resell, sublicense, share, repackage, modify or distribute the font files. Each additional user needs a separate license. The font remains the intellectual property of James E. Hamelton Jr.; purchasing grants usage rights, not ownership of the software.

Term and proof of purchase

The license is perpetual for the purchased version while these terms are followed. It does not include future paid versions. Keep the license email and receipt. A refunded purchase no longer grants commercial rights; remove the font installations and stop new commercial use under that purchase.

Warranty and support

The font is supplied as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Contact our licensing team if the download does not work or you need help installing it.
