Ripple

Ripple costs $49 USD per year, billed annually until cancelled. A license covers one production WordPress site and two linked staging or local companion sites. Updates and support are included during the paid term. Installed versions continue scanning after the term expires.

Its product page and documentation describe the supported integrations and scan coverage. A report is evidence for reviewing a change, not a guarantee that removing a plugin will leave the site unaffected. Test changes on a staging copy and keep a backup.

Payment and delivery

Sign in to a verified Hamelton Software account before checkout. Stripe displays applicable taxes and the final total before payment. After Stripe confirms a successful payment, your license and protected download appear in Your licenses. We also send a purchase confirmation email with installation or activation instructions.

A pending or unsuccessful payment does not grant a license. Returning from checkout does not by itself confirm that payment succeeded. If your payment completes but the license has not appeared, contact us before purchasing again.

Renewal and cancellation

For Ripple, open Your licenses and choose Manage Stripe billing to update payment details or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. A failed renewal does not extend updates or support. A full refund ends the associated paid entitlement.

Downloads and license codes

Purchased downloads remain in your account while the relevant entitlement is valid. You can retrieve a saved Ripple code by confirming your account password. Only older codes that cannot be recovered offer a replacement option. Keep codes private.

For a duplicate charge, incorrect purchase, download problem or refund request, contact licensing@hameltonsoftware.com or call (319) 520-6141. Include the product and receipt or order reference. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or license codes. Nothing on this page limits applicable consumer rights.
